Cancellation

We appreciate your respect of our valuable time which has been reserved for you. We request at least 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This will give us ample time to re-book the appointment for those clients waiting for our services. The full fee of the session will be charged for failure to notify us and failure to show up for a scheduled appointment.

Tardiness

We expect you to arrive at the scheduled time or a little early in order to begin your appointment on time. Occasionally, if you are late, additional time may be available for you at the discretion of the therapist. In this event you are also expected to pay for the previously scheduled appointment, or that portion of it which could not be accommodated due to tardiness. The time schedules of all of our clients are extremely important and we do our best to adapt to unforeseen events which may have an impact on the schedule. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your first visit.

Length of Sessions

Our policy is to do massage for the scheduled amount of time booked for the client. In this context, a 60 minute session that begins on or near the scheduled time would be 50 minutes of 'table time'. Clients should plan to leave a little extra time in their schedule on the day they book their appointment. Any paperwork, assessment, feedback and recommendations for follow-up treatment are not included in table time.

Fraudulent Check Policy

Personal and Corporate checks that are denied will have a $ 35 fee return fee added to the original invoice price.
